In Southeast Europe, They're referred to as Krofne, Krafne or Krofi. They may be exactly the same sizing and infrequently full of jam as well, but as opposed to its German counterpart, chocolate fillings can also be quite common there. They're not to generally be bewildered with "princes krofne" which is a Serbo-Croatian identify for profiteroles.
